<b>Abstract:</b><BR><BR>
For this project I am going to make class based file system for teachers
to give assignments and course material to their students. The students
will be able to download these files. Along with uploading materials, the
teachers will be able to post the grades for each student that the
students will be able to veiw.
<HR>
<B>Backgroud:</b><BR><BR>
I want to make this project because I feel that sites like blackboard
could be easier to navigate and be more user friendly for both the
teachers and the students.
<HR>
<B>Plan:</B><BR><BR>
At a minimum I will be using HTML, PHP, and MySQL for this project. I
might look into using Javascript and potentially others. To use other code
I will have to research the basics of that language before using it for my
project.
